iGrafx Business Breakfast: Controlling and optimising business processes

A leading provider of solutions in the field of Business Process Analysis (BPA): iGrafx.

Karlsfeld, nr. Munich, 21 September 2012. The iGrafx Business Breakfasts have enjoyed a great deal of popularity with company leaders and process managers for many years. Over the coming weeks, the company will be holding four informative business breakfast sessions in Stuttgart, London, Vienna and Berlin.

The iGrafx Business Breakfasts will kick off on 26 September in Stuttgart. Following the IT & Business exhibition (23-25 October), top iGrafx experts will be discussing how the gap between Business and IT can be closed. In the spotlight will be iGrafx for SAP, the interface between the requirements of the Business and SAP Solution Manager.

Participants will have the opportunity to discover an intelligent solution for defining their business management requirements from a process perspective – a key aspect in implementing SAP and, above all carrying out upgrades. This will allow the requirements and design phase to be planned more effectively thanks to a seamless integration of iGrafx with SAP Solution Manger. In this way, cross-functional tasks such as new implementations, upgrades and change management can be implemented much more quickly and cost-effectively.

Recognising problems and issues before customers do

The second iGrafx Business Breakfast this autumn will be dedicated to identifying problems and issues at an early stage. The title of the event on 5 October in London is „Gaining Actionable Insight – Identify problems and issues before your customers do.“

Regarded as an industry guru, the head analyst of MWD Advisors, Mark McGregor, will be joining us and delivering a keynote speech entitled „From Modelling to Management“. He will be presenting „how to plan for success and how to harmonise theory and practice“, topping off the session with practical and beneficial tips and tricks.

Process landscapes, key data and risk management with iGrafx will be taking centre stage at the iGrafx Business Breakfast on 24 October in Vienna. As a background, the more complex the process structures within the company, the more important it is to work effectively to maintain these structures. Based on the iGrafx product suite, experts will be showing how to optimise transparency and networking with the aim of controlling processes, thereby creating value for the business organisation.

Process-oriented business planning

A particularly exciting theme awaits participants at the iGrafx Business Breakfast on 4 November in Berlin: The path to integrated process-oriented business planning. The goals are quite ambitious, considering it’s a question of how to optimise business processes at all levels within the company. Easily visualising complex information and simulating and analysing processes more effectively and efficiently can pose quite a challenge. These are fundamental requirements for making the right decisions for further business development within a short space of time. The focus of this Business Breakfast will be on the numerous tips and tricks from practical experience of process-oriented business planning.
