In the most recent Pentadoc Radar, the ECM solutions from SAPERION AG are in third place. In 2012, 781 companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland were surveyed. Respondents were especially happy with SAPERION in the areas of Customizing, Reliability, and Performance.
Berlin – Each year, Pentadoc AG of Germany surveys IT and ECM managers about their satisfaction with the ECM and DMS solutions used at their company. For 2012, SAPERION achieved third place among the twelve leading international manufacturers. „The high ratings for stability, reliability, and speed reflect years of practical development, particularly into the most effective and efficient ways to manage large volumes of information,“ according to SAPERION CEO Herbert Lörch. „The high marks for Customizing show that we have also succeeded in making our solutions extremely flexible.“
The components of the SAPERION ECM Suite facilitate archiving of all types of content. This enterprise-grade solution archives e-mails from Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes. Documents from Microsoft SharePoint, SAP, and even all types of web content are routinely archived in SAPERION, giving the customer full legal compliance in each of these areas.
Within distributed architectures, the SAPERION ECM Suite is highly scalable, multi-tenant-capable, and integrates seamlessly into existing landscapes. Other expected features include synchronization with LDAP Directory Services, support for common databases, connections to a variety of storage subsystems, support for multiple languages, and mobile access. Recently introduced connectors for OpenText/iXOS and Easy provide a quick way to enjoy the functionality of SAPERION DMS and ECM solutions while avoiding the risks normally associated with switching to a new system. The original data remain intact, but the legacy archive solution is no longer needed.
