SAPERION AG announces its new name and legal form following the merger with the software division of Lexmark International, Inc. Now known as Perceptive Software Deutschland GmbH, the company bundles ECM products and related services from both Perceptive and SAPERION. Its corporate headquarters, customer relationships, and existing products will continue with no changes. SAPERION co-founder Axel Kroll has been added to the Executive Board.

Berlin – SAPERION AG has been doing business as Perceptive Software Deutschland GmbH since late December. Axel Kroll, co-founder of SAPERION will be added to the Executive Board in addition to Kevin Goffinet, Henry Göttler, and Carl Mergele.

According to Mr. Kroll: „Perceptive Deutschland will continue to support and further develop SAPERION solutions. In addition, SAPERION customers will have the option of expanding their applications with Perceptive products for even greater efficiency in document management.“ This is particularly true for Intelligent Capture, Document Output Management, and Enterprise Search solutions from Perceptive. In the future, Perceptive Software Deutschland GmbH will offer all customers expanded 24-hour support. Customers with international activities will especially benefit from Perceptive’s global presence.
