In addition to current DMS and ECM solutions, SAPERION AG will introduce three innovative products during CeBIT in Hanover, Germany (Hall 3, booth A20 at BITKOM ECM Solutions Park): SAPERION ECM for Microsoft SharePoint archives all types of SharePoint content; SAPERION ECM E-Mail Lifecycle Management integrates e-mails into the corporate archive; and SAPERION ECM Together opens up the cloud as an archive and exchange platform.
Berlin – SAPERION ECM for Microsoft SharePoint is ideal for any company that currently uses Microsoft SharePoint. It archives all types of SharePoint content in revision-proof format, providing for full legal compliance while relieving the SharePoint server. All documents are integrated into an enterprise-wide information-management system and are readily accessible through convenient search functions. As a result, productivity climbs. Workflows from Microsoft SharePoint can be easily integrated into SAPERION ECM business processes where they can be managed further.
„SAPERION ECM E-Mail Lifecycle Management“ archives content from e-mail inboxes. E-Mail Lifecycle Management is an extension to the SAPERION ECM Suite. It provides revision-proof archiving of all electronic mail for compliance with both internal rules and legal regulations. SAPERION ECM even integrates the content of e-mails into the enterprise-wide information strategy as if they were normal SharePoint documents.
And finally, with its new product „SAPERION ECM Together“, SAPERION is introducing a cloud-based archive that is the ideal platform for exchanging documents. It gives users the ability to create and view documents, release them to other people for joint editing, and archive them for legal compliance. They need only a computer with Internet access, a tablet, or smartphone for the freedom to work without restrictions on time or location. Data accessed through the cloud may be synchronized on the local device for times when a permanent Internet connection is not available. SAPERION Together is a new type of cloud-based archive that gives users the freedom to work virtually anywhere for cost-effective mobile access and project collaboration. In addition to large corporations that seek a user-friendly solution for joint project work, it also targets freelancers, independent contractors, and companies for whom digital archiving has previously been too complicated or costly.
